We understand that sometimes things break, are incorrect or otherwise need to be returned. We provide this policy to inform you, in advance of the sale, of your options should something happen. We strive to make this process as painless as possible while maintaining a sense of organization while we do it. Should you find this policy unsatisfactory, please contact us before placing any order. Placing an order on this site confirms your agreement to be bound by the terms set forth in this return policy.

General

Products may not be returned for ANY reason without prior authorization.

Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Starting The Return Process

Step 1: Contact us via email or phone. We will happily provide you with specific instructions once we are able to talk with you about your issue.

Special Order Items

Special order items cannot be returned for credit or refund under any circumstance. All sales of special order items are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Condition Of Items Returned

All items returned will be inspected prior to any refund agreement. No refund will ever be given without inspection of returned items.

All items must be returned in UNUSED condition unless otherwise stated in writing.

What We Will Not Cover

Dripperline and tubing failure due to improper winterization will not be accepted.

Labor and shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the return. This does not apply to items installed by New Mexico Irrigation, please contact us for further information on items we install.

We will assist in returning items back to the manufacturer for manufacturer warranties, but will assume no responsibilities in shipping or replacement costs.

We are not responsible for improper installation, abuse or products broken due to mis-handling.

Shipping damage sometimes does occur. Items not covered by the shipper due to negligence may be covered by shipping insurance if you elected to purchase it. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

Issues Not Covered Here

Any issue not directly covered by this return policy will be handled at the sole discretion of GoDrip.com and New Mexico Irrigation. While we strive to ensure the customer is covered as much as possible, we can not think of every circumstance imaginable. Please give us the opportunity to resolve your issue by contacting us first and let us work together towards an equitable solution.
