General
All shipping prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change based on shippers invoice. Fuel and other surcharges can fluctuate daily. GoDrip.com and New Mexico Irrigation have no control over these changes and will notify you if they seem out of line or more than within a few dollars of quoted shipping costs.
You will be notified via email as soon as your order is shipped. If your complete order can not be shipped, we may contact you. If your order is delayed excessively due to back ordered items, we will contact you to inform you of the delay and provide you an opportunity to change or cancel your order, or to remove the item(s) from the order causing the delay. We prefer to ship complete orders.
All in stock items originate out of Deming, New Mexico 88030. Not all items on the website originate from this location. If shipping times will be excessive, you will be notified and given a chance to change your order.
Domestic Shipments
Most items will ship either UPS, FedEx or freight depending on size of items in your order. Next Day deliveries are only available on items currently in stock and is not available on all items. Should you need next day deliveries it is best if you contact us to ensure your order can get there in time.
UPS may charge more for shipping certain products such as Tubing or Dripperline. You will be notified before these costs are charged and you will be given a chance to cancel your order or select a different shipping method.
International Shipments
International shipments are more expensive and may change from initial quoted price. International shipments may incur surcharges based on size and quantity. You will be notified before these costs are charged and you will be given a chance to cancel your order or select a different shipping method. This includes Canada and Mexico. Tariffs, Duties and Import Taxes charged by your country will be paid for by the customer. Should you be unsure about these issues, please contact us before you order.
Will Call
If you are local, we offer will call pickup. Orders placed before 3:00pm MST on items in stock can be picked up the same day.
If the order is placed later than 3:00pm MST and you must pick it up, please call and let our staff know. If you do not call, you may not get your order the same day.
High Value Items & Large Dollar Amount Orders
We may contact you to offer you shipping insurance on high value items or large orders. Should you think that your order requires shipping insurance, contact us before you place your order or before your order ships. Once you have been notified of your order being shipped, we can no longer add shipping insurance.
